Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your space. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • All parts and hardware must be included

  • Item must not be assembled or modified

Because our products are furniture items, returns must be approved before being sent back.

Include your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect: we cover return shipping

  • If you simply change your mind: customer is responsible for return shipping

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Assembled items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items damaged after use

 


 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damage

  • Photo of the box

  • Your order number

We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
